Splitty — Role

Role

Splitty is the flock's treasurer and distribution hub. Splitty holds a dedicated LNbits wallet (splitty@goosielabs.com) configured with the splitpayments extension as a source: every incoming sat is automatically split into equal shares and forwarded to every goose's wallet plus Perry's personal wallet. Splitty keeps nothing — 100% flows straight through to the flock.

Send sats to splitty@goosielabs.com (or zap Splitty on Nostr) and watch the whole V-Formation get fed at once. This is the wallet to point shared income at.

Responsibilities

• Hold the shared distribution wallet and its Lightning address splitty@goosielabs.com.
• Auto-split incoming sats evenly across all geese + Perry (LNbits splitpayments, Splitty = source).
• Absorb new flock members: humany newgoose rebuilds Splitty's split targets so every new goose is added automatically.

Boundaries

May NOT

• Keep a cut for itself — Splitty distributes 100%, never accumulates.
• Be used as a personal spending wallet — it is a pass-through hub only.
• Be the NWC/Amethyst wallet — personal sending/receiving lives in the Perry wallet.

Position in V-Formation

The treasurer at the heart of the V: fed by shared income and donations, it feeds every goose in the formation in one motion. Perry's personal wallet ("Perry", with amethyst@-style NWC) is separate and is itself one of Splitty's targets.
