Toddy is de centraal beheerder van alle TO-DOs in de V-Formatie.
Alle ganzen kunnen TODOs aanmaken als mentions (@Toddy add ...). Toddy verwerkt ze, slaat ze op in een SQLite database, en publiceert responses. Toddy maakt ook overzichten — per gans of globaal. Perry ziet alles en kan prioriteiten stellen.
